• Ensure IT systems and processes meet quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain relationships with IT service providers and manage service agreements.
• Monitor and adhere to IT service cost budgets.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in IT, business informatics, or business administration.
• Experience in IT project management within a commercial setting.
• Understanding of application architecture and IT project implementation.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Proficient in English.
