Hobson Prior is seeking an Industrial IT Engineer for a role based in Boudry, Switzerland. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure within the pharmaceutical industry. Please note, this role requires you to be based in Switzerland and is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all systems and processes meet industry regulations, protect data integrity, and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Develop and validate detailed user and system requirements, and lead IT-related business discussions.
• Manage changes and provide training during the implementation and use of system applications.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience as an IT Engineer in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Science industry.
• Knowledge of Change Management tools, regulated document creation, and Agile/SCRUM methodology.
• Understanding of Computer System Validation and relevant industry regulations.
• Fluency in French and English.
