This position focuses on managing customer projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality certifications, and onboarding new products. The role also involves managing stock on behalf of clients and developing positive working relationships to optimise service levels.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of customer projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and quality certifications.
• Onboarding of new products, ensuring accurate paperwork for product registration with the MHRA prior to distribution.
• Proactive management of stock on behalf of clients, providing procurement team with projected forecasts and details of required medical devices.
• Management of all projects from bulk distribution requirements to contracted transactional distribution projects.
• Development of positive and productive working relationships internally and externally to optimise service levels and share industry knowledge, innovations, and best practice.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• A positive, proactive attitude.
• Demonstrable experience in a Healthcare setting.
• Eagerness to keep up to date with technological and social advances in the healthcare services industry.
• Strong stock management knowledge and skills.
• Clear communication abilities with strong and adaptable interpersonal skills.
