Responsibilities:

• Manage the team executing email campaigns based on internal stakeholders' requirements.
• Expand the current portfolio of email/journey templates by creating global solutions from local ones.
• Optimise the work of the current team, focusing on stakeholder communication and project management lifecycle.
• Provide consultancy services to requesters and insights to the omnichannel requests delivery process.
• Generate meaningful analysis and recommendations for the development of the email channel.
• Participate in sprint activities in line with an agile delivery framework.
• Deliver high-quality documentation to consult channel operations.
• Present work outcomes and status updates to stakeholders at various levels.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, specifically email campaigns.
