Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Manager for a role within a leading indigenous generic pharmaceutical manufacturer. This role will focus on managing and leading all engineering aspects within their pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the preventive maintenance team and developing methods to reduce downtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering aspects within the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
• Manage preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead the preventive maintenance team.
• Develop preventive maintenance methods to reduce downtime.
• Participate in regulatory audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams onsite.

Requirements

• Proficiency in equipment reliability engineering.
• Experience in implementing Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven leadership and management skills in an engineering context.
• Possession of an Engineering Degree or equivalent.
