Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Development Lead to support clinical development for a fertility project in the late stages of clinical trials. This role focuses on providing medical and scientific input, evaluating clinical data, and collaborating with a cross-functional team. The position is global, with a preference for candidates based in China in the case of an on-site visit being required.

Responsibilities:

• Help with clinical development for a fertility project in the late stages of trials.
• Review and interpret clinical trial data and documents.
• Provide independent opinions and reports on clinical data.
• Share insights with a diverse team for thorough evaluation.
• Identify risks and propose solutions with timelines and resources.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Advanced degree in clinical medicine, pharmacology, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in clinical trials and drug development.
• Knowledge of clinical research methods and trial design.
• Logical and strategic thinking.
• Experience in fertility and assisted reproduction technology is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
