Hobson Prior is looking for a Business Analyst to join our client's team on a contract basis near London. This position focuses on enhancing business efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth communication and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and document what different teams need to achieve their goals.
• Communicate clearly between different groups to ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Look at current ways of working and suggest improvements.
• Help gather information through interviews and workshops.
• Map out current processes and suggest better ways to do things.
• Keep everyone updated on project progress and challenges.
• Support the implementation of new solutions and provide training if needed.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and solutions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Certification in Business Analysis or similar.
• Experience in working on projects from start to finish.
• Familiarity with different project management methods like Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong skills in analyzing and organizing information.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas simply.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch focus quickly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google products.
