Hobson Prior is seeking an Advance Bioprocessing Scientist to join a dedicated team. This role will focus on producing sterile gene therapy products and improving processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for their own development and training others, ensuring all work meets high standards and follows necessary guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out advanced manufacturing tasks to produce gene therapy products.
- Continuously improve production processes.
- Train and coach other scientists.
- Ensure all work complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other relevant guidelines.
- Complete and manage necessary documentation and follow safety procedures.
- Perform various manufacturing activities according to instructions and best practices.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in Science or Engineering.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially with biologics and sterile products.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and cleanroom protocols.
- Ability to manage quality-related events effectively.
