Hobson Prior is on the lookout for a Senior Research Scientist to join our team. This role focuses on providing critical project support from the initial adoption into the portfolio through to candidate selection of therapeutics generated from our discovery platforms. The successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of Waters LC/MS equipment and HDX-MS analysis of membrane proteins.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical project support from initial adoption into the portfolio through to candidate selection of therapeutics.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Waters LC/MS equipment.
• Conduct HDX-MS analysis of membrane proteins.
• Manage and prioritize the demands from multiple projects.

Requirements

• Proven track record in the design and execution of HDX-MS experiments with a contextual understanding of their results alongside other structural data.
• Practical ability with Native MS, ion mobility MS, SEC-MS or intact mass LC/MS.
