Hobson Prior is seeking a Hematology Clinical Account Manager for a permanent position in South Houston. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of our products and competitor products in the therapeutic area, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the disease states.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent our products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals within a specific geographic area.
• Actively promote the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals in accordance with all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
• Conduct weekly analysis of territory sales data to help prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting of physicians.

Requirements

• Experience in dedicated hospital selling in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
• Knowledge of hematology and oncology.
• Familiarity with the South Houston Territory.
• Proven history of high sales performance.
