Hobson Prior is seeking a Site Activation Specialist III to join a team based in Switzerland. In this role, you will focus on starting up clinical study sites, ensuring all necessary steps are completed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to support the successful launch of clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the start-up process for clinical study sites.
• Help identify and select study sites by gathering and analyzing information.
• Communicate regularly with study sites to ensure all necessary documents and activities are completed on time.
• Review and collect essential documents needed for study approval.
• Coordinate submissions to ethics committees and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure informed consent forms meet all necessary requirements.
• Assist with translating documents for regulatory approval.
• Support contract and budget discussions.
• Ensure all financial and logistical arrangements are in place for study start-up.
• Work with study teams to address and resolve any issues.
• Contribute to audits and inspections as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in life sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in starting up clinical studies.
• Familiarity with managing external partners is beneficial.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with international teams and adapt to different time zones.
