Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a dedicated team. This role involves leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with business goals. The successful candidate will work both onsite and remotely, coordinating various teams to achieve project milestones efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee daily project activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Manage project governance, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate multiple teams to work together smoothly.
• Facilitate decision-making and provide project updates.
• Use a mix of Agile and traditional project management methods.
• Define and execute project plans, focusing on key milestones.
• Identify and manage project risks proactively.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field.
• Strong proven working history in project management within digital health or similar industries.
• Experience managing large, complex projects.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and traditional project management.
• Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
