Hobson Prior is seeking a QC Analytical Professional for a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Cork. The role will focus on conducting various tests to ensure the quality and purity of pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will also support in-process testing for Peptides manufacturing and act as an expert for analytical technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct various tests to determine the identity, quality, and purity of pharmaceutical products.
• Support in-process testing for Peptides manufacturing.
• Conduct tests in accordance with good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Document and complete quality observations and investigations.
• Participate in safety audits, procedure revisions, housekeeping, and improvement projects.
• Liaise with other departments as necessary.
• Maintain and qualify various analytical instruments.
• Act as an expert for analytical technologies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related Laboratory Science subject.
• Experience with the analytical methodology within a GMP setting.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
