Hobson Prior is seeking a Project Manager to support the Product Owner in achieving their vision for the project. The successful candidate will assist in various development phases and provide project management support.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between the Product Owner and the development team.
• Work with the Solution Design Expert to ensure business needs match IT solutions.
• Help the Product Owner document and understand requirements, and ensure the team is aligned.
• Record decisions and outcomes during planning sessions.
• Assist in managing the project backlog with input from the Product Owner.
• Prepare for ICAT (Integrated Change Advisory Team) meetings.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with web applications or Salesforce is preferred.
• Familiarity with working as a Business Analyst in large, complex projects using agile methods.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with user groups and the development team.
• Proficiency in English.
• Full-time, on-site availability.
