Hobson Prior is seeking a Program Manager to strategize and implement a global transportation and logistics initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of business and IT in the supply chain sector and excellent coordination abilities. The role involves overseeing the program from start to finish, ensuring that the program goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the program's governance structure.
• Collaborate with project sponsors, diverse teams and project managers to develop the project scope, deliverables and implementation plan.
• Manage program communications and ensure alignment between the different teams involved in the program.
• Establish a central risks and issue register to analyse, evaluate, and manage program/project risks
• Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the initiative
• Prepare program reports and facilitate meetings with the program sponsors and Steering Committee

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization skills
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Deep understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in SAP ECC system, particularly in Supply Chain Management
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge in GxP Validation
• Knowledge and experience in Agile Project Management Methodologies is preferred
