This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the company. You will work closely with the Planning Administrators and interact with various departments to identify and overcome challenges, manage customer expectations, and maintain a steady production schedule.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned production area and plan corresponding product portfolio.
  • Evaluate incoming customer orders for plant capability and material availability.
  • Create weekly production schedules in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Strive for zero back orders and improve On Time In Full shipping performance.
  • Maintain the MRP data on the system for assigned products and areas.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Artwork to manage BOM changes according to customer requirements.
  • Communicate with internal customer representatives about delivery dates, order status, etc.
  • Prepare supply chain metrics weekly and report potential bottlenecks and issues.
  • Report to senior management on Planning KPIs.
  • Chair routine and ad hoc planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Manage inventory at Intermediate and Finished Goods levels according to stock holding policies.


Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new responsibilities and challenges.
  • Self-starter and able to work on own initiative.
  • Relevant qualification or studying for APICS.
  • Experience in a planning or scheduling role within a regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA Guidelines.
