Hobson Prior is working alongside a biotechnology company who are seeking a Patient Advocacy Leader for a consulting role lasting 3 to 6 months, working 8 to 12 hours per week. Depending on your location, this role may be remote with occasional travel to Mechelen, Belgium. You will be involved in setting up and piloting new concepts for the Patient Advocacy team, working closely with team members to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a Patient Advisory Board.
- Develop a project charter and engagement rules.
- Design a plan to engage various stakeholders.
- Establish an oncology-specific patient advisory board.
- Manage board meetings as needed.
- Conduct projects to understand patient value in decentralized manufacturing.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in senior leadership roles.
- Familiarity with patient engagement principles across the medicine lifecycle.
- Experience in organizational change management.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and ability to work independently.
