Hobson Prior is working alongside a biotech company seeking an MSAT Scientist to join the team. This role involves working within the AST team focusing on Drug. Sub. processes. Your work will support the development and launch of new products, as well as provide ongoing support for commercial manufacturing and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, report, and review various analytical and biological activity tests.
• Manage methods from handover to validation and transfer to quality control.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing methods.
• Support investigations and generate scientific study protocols and reports.
• Assist with product characterization, transfer, and process improvements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with plate-based methods; familiarity with SoftMax Pro is a plus.
• Willingness to work primarily in the laboratory.
• Strong understanding of spectrophotometry and potency methods.
• Knowledge of GMP and biologics manufacturing/testing.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with statistical and data trending techniques; experience with Parallel Line Analysis is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments.
• Comfortable speaking in public.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
